I’m happy to teach the games, but previous experience with trick-taking games is required. While the rules can be learned in an evening, developing strategy and becoming good at the games takes much longer.

I have never played it, but I know that Schafkopf players can superquick learn Skat and Doppelkopf, as it is very similar.
I’ve never played Belote myself, but I taught a couple of Belote players Doppelkopf and Skat and they played like seasoned pros from day one. So experience with Belote is just as useful as prior experience with Skat, Doppelkopf or Schafkopf.
